Todd & Alicia’s Annapolis Civil Court Wedding

Todd & Alicia’s wedding day in Annapolis was a beautiful reminder that love doesn’t need a big production to feel extraordinary. In September 2025, they chose an intimate civil court ceremony in the heart of downtown Annapolis, focusing on what mattered most—each other. With the charm of historic brick streets, cozy cafés, and iconic local spots as their backdrop, their day felt effortlessly romantic and full of joy.

After their courthouse ceremony, we explored the streets together for a relaxed portrait session that captured their playful connection and genuine laughter. From strolling hand-in-hand through downtown to sharing quiet moments in hidden alleyways and in front of Annapolis landmarks, every image tells the story of a couple who truly enjoys life together. Todd & Alicia’s wedding proves that whether your celebration is large or small, what makes it unforgettable is the love you share and the moments you choose to hold onto forever.

Beau & Jane’s Wedding Day | Maryland Wedding Photographer

November 13, 2025

Beau & Jane’s wedding story is one that truly stayed with me — and even though their day took place in Augusta, Georgia, it represents the heart of why I photograph weddings today here in Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia.

Before relocating to the DMV, I had the honor of capturing Beau & Jane’s intimate wedding at the historic Partridge Inn in Augusta, GA. Their story is a reminder that love is worth waiting for — and that the most meaningful moments happen when you least expect them.

A Love Story Years in the Making

Beau & Jane first met at the Partridge Inn on July 14, 2018. From the beginning, their connection was rooted in resilience, hope, and a shared belief in love — even after life had tested them both. Their story deeply moved me, and it continues to shape how I photograph couples today.

I’ve seen many people close themselves off to the idea of long-lasting love because of past heartbreak. Beau & Jane chose a different path. They trusted love again — and it led them back to the very place where their journey began.

A Full-Circle Wedding Day

Exactly one year later, on July 14, 2019, Beau & Jane were married at the Partridge Inn — the same place where they first met. Surrounded by family, friends, and colleagues, their wedding day felt deeply meaningful and full of gratitude.

One portrait from that day remains one of my all-time favorites: Beau & Jane with their grandchildren. It symbolizes legacy, hope, and the beautiful life they’ve built together. In one frame, it tells the story of love across generations.

As one of my favorite films says:

“Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies.”

From Georgia to the DMV

While this wedding took place in Georgia, it represents the same heart and storytelling approach I now bring to every wedding I photograph in Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. Whether your celebration is an intimate backyard wedding, a historic venue, or a luxury ballroom, my goal is always the same — to capture your story with honesty, beauty, and emotion.

Beau & Jane, thank you for trusting me with your memories. Your love continues to inspire the work I create today.
